Q What is Foreplay?
Ans. Foreplay is quite vital part of complete sexual play. It enhances sex pleasure and
in most cases helps to reduce the anxiety and fears associated with sex. It gradually
stimulates the partners so that their enjoyment span is enhanced and particularly a man
can have delayed ejaculation. Foreplay is particularly useful in combating problems
related to vaginismus in females and psychogenic impotency in males. It stimulates

Q. What is Night Fall (Nocturnal Emission)?

Ans. it is the discharge of semen from the penis while the man is asleep. Semen is being
manufactured continuously and cannot be stored indefinitely even if one wants to. If a
man does not indulge in coitus or masturbation then semen will be expelled as sleep
emissions. You need not to consult a doctor for this!

 

Q. What is Dhat Syndrome?
Ans. When a man exerts pressure during defecation, a few drops of urethral fluid trickle
down is called Dhat. This is NOT semen, so there is no need to consult the doctor in this
